Depending on the activity and applicable law, our legal basis may be your consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and improving our real estate business. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website and its service providers use cookies, pixels, session storage, and similar technologies. Some are necessary for site functions, security, forms, language tools, or saved preferences. Others help us understand visits and measure advertising and enquiries.

Tools used on the site may include Google services (including Google Analytics or Site Kit), Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, our first-party RE/MAX analytics service hosted with Supabase, Cloudflare security services, Forminator forms, and hosting or email tools. These technologies may process device identifiers, IP address, browser information, page and referral data, session activity, and conversion events. Meta may receive hashed contact information when a form or contact event is measured.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. You may also use Google My Ad Center and Meta Ad Preferences. Blocking some technologies may affect site features.

5. When we share information

We may disclose relevant information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • property owners, buyers, tenants, developers, co-brokers, and other RE/MAX offices involved in an enquiry or transaction;
  • lawyers, accountants, surveyors, property managers, banks, payment providers, government offices, and other professional or transaction partners;
  • website hosting, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, form, email, security, CRM, and technical service providers;
  • regulators, courts, law enforcement, tax authorities, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights; and
  • a successor organisation in connection with a merger, sale, reorganisation, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook, or another third-party platform, that provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

6. International transfers

Some service providers, RE/MAX network participants, property platforms, or communication tools may process information outside Thailand. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organisational, or legal safeguards and limit transfers to what is necessary for the stated purpose.

7. How long we keep information

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including to manage enquiries and transactions, maintain client and property records, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of record, the relationship, and applicable law. We then delete, anonymise, or securely archive the information as appropriate.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

  • object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
